What is the latest time for booking?

How long can I book in advance?
The sooner the better. Also reservations for the following year are no problem.
Until when can I cancel my reservation?
For free you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before pick-up time. Thereafter a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed fixed price has to be paid. For short-term bookings within 24 hours before pick-up time, no cancellation fee has to be paid.
Will I get a written confirmation about an online request?
For your order you have to send a confirmation e-mail after having received your package price offer. Then you will immediately receive a confirmation from us. When booking via the booking hotline you can get a written booking confirmation if you want.
How and when do I pay the airport shuttle?
You can pay the trip in cash or by credit card when arriving at the destination. Alternatively you can transfer the amount not later than 3 working days prior to the start of the first drive. By request we will give you our bank data. For invoice customers, payments have to be done not later than within 14 days after receipt of the invoice.
Is the calculated price of shuttle with or without VAT?
All prices are incl. 19% VAT.
Are child seats in the car?
Up to 3 booster seats for children from 4 years are provided by us and are free of charge. For infants you need to bring a child safety seat (infant carrier) according to the child’s age. On request we will store it free until your return.
What to do if the car does not come?
Should a taxi really be late, the driver will call you by phone within 30 min. before your pick-up time. If you don’t receive any call up to the pick-up time, please call immediately the following number: +49 (0) 178 6645854. In extreme case for shuttles to the airport you can order an replacement car (e.g. taxi). But this is possible only after consultation with us. The resulted additional costs will be refunded or credited by us.

Is smoking allowed in the car?
On principle it is not allowed to smoke inside the car, but on demand you can have appropriate breaks.
